Connect Plus is a consortium comprising of Balfour Beatty (40%), Skanska (40%), Atkins (10%) and Egis Road Operation UK (10%). Connect Plus has been appointed preferred bidder to design, build, finance and operate (DBFO) the M25 project. Connect Plus will focus on adding capacity to 63 miles of the M25 whilst operating and maintaining one of the country’s busiest and most important roads.

• The maintenance and operations capabilities of Balfour Beatty and Atkins combined with the international maintenance and operations expertise of Egis Road Operation UK.

Members of our consortium have worked together on early DBFOs through Connect Roads, currently managing and operating the Highway Agency’s MAC contracts in Areas 2, 4, 6 and 11. We also successfully delivered together on the M25 J12-15 widening, M25 spur stage 2, M1 6A-10 widening projects and other international projects.
