Operations & Maintenance

Connect Plus Services is a joint venture between Balfour Beatty, Atkins and Egis Road Operation UK.

Connect Plus Services will encompass the routine maintenance, as well as managing the whole life requirement of the asset. We will also manage the operation of the network and identify ways of reducing delay and improving journey time reliability. A programme of management and design for the renewal works will be identified and implemented.

Our unique Network Operations Centre (NOC) will deliver real-time coordinated control of on-road resources. At the same time, it will monitor and capture all aspects of network performance.
