Our skilled workforce is fundamental to our ability to maintain and operate the M25 network.

We strive to deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges, which continuously improve our customer experience. To do this effectively, we need your skills and problem-solving abilities.

We are committed to providing our people with the training and development opportunities they need to succeed. Structured development plans ensure there is a clear career path to achieve personal goals.

Armed Forces

We have a growing ex-forces community operating in a range of roles across the business.

Many of our career opportunities are perfectly suited to service leavers and the breadth of skills gained through experience with the Armed Forces.

Through parent organisations, we are proud members of the Armed Forces Covenant. We understand the challenges of transitioning from military to civilian life, and through our Armed Forces community and Armed Forces Covenant links, we can provide you with the support and opportunities that are right for you.

Diversity

We celebrate individual differences as we understand the benefits different experiences, perspectives and backgrounds can bring to our organisation.

We are an inclusive business in the pursuit of talent and continually strive to create a diverse and engaging environment for our people and customers.

Young talent

Engaging with bright young minds through our graduate schemes, apprenticeships and work placements creates an environment for new concepts to combine with network experience.

The scope of works we deliver on the M25 is extensive and provides an ideal opportunity to gain experience in a cross section of areas. From here you can shape your career and carve a journey that’s right for you.

Get involved!

The way we work, our behaviours and how we interact with one another is crucial to our success.

Through internal community initiatives such as our Culture Club, The Voice and the Young Professionals Group, we can ensure CPS provides a positive and supportive working environment, ripe for success.

Culture Club

We regularly talk about our inclusive culture at CPS. That’s because creating and maintaining a vibrant culture is fundamental to the way we work.

Our Culture Club constantly have their ear to the ground to understand and influence how we can continually improve your time with CPS.

Young Professionals Group

Upon starting a career, there’s often a lot to learn whilst getting to grips with new colleagues and a new environment.

Our Young Professionals Group provides an inspirational network for trainees, graduates, apprentices and those who are on the first step of the career ladder. Learning sessions, workshops and social events give the group valuable opportunities to come together and create a strong community that is empowered and involved.

The Voice

We all have a voice that needs to be heard! There are more than 600 people working across CPS and by gathering ideas and suggestions from such a vast array of people, we can introduce industry leading initiatives into our operations.

There are numerous ways ideas can be submitted across the business, from our intranet and app, to word of mouth through nominated Voice representatives.
