About the Role

In this role, you’ll support the administration and ongoing development of the Brightly Confirm asset management system, playing a key part in maintaining data integrity and ensuring the system performs reliably. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting issues and supporting colleagues across different teams, helping them get the most out of the tools they use every day.
Working closely with the System Administrator, you’ll also contribute to exciting system improvements and digital innovations that will shape the way we manage assets across the M25 for years to come.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Asset System Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our asset management system running smoothly—ensuring that the teams maintaining the M25 have accurate, timely, and reliable data at their fingertips.
You’ll be the friendly face of system support, assisting colleagues across maintenance and planning teams with day-to-day questions and troubleshooting. Whether you’re helping to validate data, provide basic training, or assist in updating system configurations, your contributions will make a real difference in how efficiently we operate.
Working closely with the System Administrator, you’ll help monitor system performance, support issue resolution, and play a part in enhancing workflows and templates. You’ll also support the production of reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational decisions.

This is a hybrid role designed to fully maximize team collaboration on the project, we offer flexible working where you will typically be working from your base CPS office, Leatherhead, Dartford or South Mimms up to three days per week and two days from home.
