You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the M25’s cutting-edge technological infrastructure — a critical part of one of the UK’s most vital transport networks. Your day-to-day will include managing roadspace and traffic management bookings (NOMS) for fault rectification, keeping our Service Now job management system up to date, and supporting our Maintenance Coordinator with scheduling and closures.

Whether you’re based in Dartford, Leatherhead, or South Mimms, this is a chance to develop your career while helping keep the M25 running smoothly for millions of people every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a vital member of our team, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of one of the UK’s most critical road networks — the M25. Your work will directly contribute to keeping millions of journeys safe, efficient, and on time.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating and managing roadspace bookings for reactive fault works — liaising with third parties, arranging permits and sharing closures where needed to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
Collaboration will be at the heart of what you do. You’ll work closely with the Technology Services Coordinators, Roadspace team, and others across the business to keep schedules aligned and priorities clear, while helping us meet our key performance targets.
Accuracy and efficiency will be essential as you capture and maintain detailed records in the NH Service Now system, ensuring all data is precise and up to date.
Above all, you’ll champion safety — consistently applying our ‘Zero Harm’ philosophy and helping us build a safer, stronger network for everyone.
