About the role

Join our esteemed Connect Plus Services Technology Team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the technological infrastructure of the M25. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the raising, management, and reporting of all cyclical maintenance and defect activities conducted by the Technology Services Team to meet the requirements of the Technology Services Contract.

You will also coordinate and compile planned night works, send tasks to the night teams, and update the status of completed works the following morning. Additionally, you will manage road space and traffic management bookings for maintenance activities when necessary and maintain the ServiceNow job management system for both cyclical and planned works.

If you’re ready to be an integral part of a dynamic team shaping the future of one of the UK’s most vital transportation networks, we invite you to join us.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this rewarding and varied role, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to keep the M25 running safely and efficiently. Working as part of a dedicated team, your work will support the planning and delivery of essential maintenance that millions of drivers rely on every day.

You’ll take ownership of key cyclic maintenance processes — from raising and managing work tasks and profiles, to tracking completions, certifications, and performance metrics. Your attention to detail will ensure all data, especially within the NH Service Now system, is accurate and up to date.

You’ll play a central role in coordinating planned night works, ensuring the team is fully informed and reports are shared clearly and promptly. By managing roadspace bookings and keeping communication flowing across departments, you’ll help ensure that all scheduled work is carried out seamlessly.

In addition to supporting the Reactive Faults Coordinator during absences, you’ll also contribute to general administration and team-wide tasks, making you a valuable and flexible member of our collaborative team.

Every task you undertake helps maintain a safer, smarter and more resilient transport network — and that’s something to be proud of.
