About the Role

Join our Connect Plus Services (CPS) Technology Team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the technological infrastructure that supports the M25. You will support the Coordinator and Operatives in their daily duties, including assisting with the upkeep of the ServiceNow job management system.

You will also provide support across a range of operational and administrative tasks, including procurement, timesheet management, and equipment ordering.

What You’ll Be Doing

Principal Accountabilities

  • Adhere to the Zero Harm safety process at all times.
  • Ensure all National Highways ServiceNow data is captured and input correctly, including maintenance records, night works, and fault updates.
  • Keep night‑work schedules up to date and issue work details to night teams.
  • Process material and stock orders in conjunction with the Supply Chain Procurement Team, ensuring PPE, equipment and tools are available for issue.
  • Assist with maintaining training records.
  • Arrange meetings, book rooms, and organise refreshments.
  • Manage communications with stakeholders, clients, and customers.
  • Provide holiday and sickness cover for the Service Coordinators.
  • Support the management team as required.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed.

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • IT‑literate, confident using database systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Project or similar).
  • Previous experience in ordering or administrative duties.
  • Experience supporting a field‑based team.
  • Experience managing booking systems would be advantageous.
