M25 Customer Excellence shortlist at the Highways UK Excellence Awards
We're delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist in the Customer Excellence category at the Highways UK Excellence Awards.
The nomination recognises our commitment to delivering a positive experience for customers travelling on the M25 through innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement and a customer-focused approach to network management.
Our submission highlights a range of improvements aimed at supporting safer, more reliable journeys while reducing the impact of disruption on road users and local communities. This includes work to enhance diversion route planning and improve the information used to support effective decision-making across the network.
The nomination also recognises the strong collaboration between our teams, local authorities and other stakeholders. By combining customer insight with operational expertise, we have continued to develop approaches that support network resilience and improve customer outcomes.
Being named a finalist is fantastic recognition of the dedication and expertise shown by everyone involved in this work.
The Highways UK Excellence Awards will take place on 15 October. 🎉
