Winners of the Digital Impact Award at the BCI Awards

We’re thrilled to announce that we have been crowned winners of the ‘Digital Impact’ category at the British Construction Industry Awards 2025, recognising our pioneering work on Inhouse AI Analytics for M25 Defect Surveys, alongside Vaisala.

This accolade celebrates our transformative pavement monitoring with RoadAI - a vehicle-mounted system that delivers continuous, real-time data on road surface health, defects, markings, and assets. After a successful trial, RoadAI was deployed across the M25, integrating with Power BI to enable bespoke analytics and trend reporting. This digital approach enhances operational efficiency and supports smarter, proactive infrastructure management.

RoadAI represents a significant step forward in using technology to enhance asset management, improving data accuracy for the M25. It also demonstrates our commitment to maintaining a safe and reliable infrastructure while exploring new innovative opportunities for continuous improvement.

Theodoros Stylianides, CPS Asset & Network Analysis Portfolio & Investment Manager said:

“We’re proud to receive the Digital Impact Award, recognising our continued efforts to develop, implement, and use digital solutions that enhance how we plan renewals, identify changing asset conditions, and support our operational teams in prioritising resources and effort where they matter most. This award is more than recognition of a project, it’s a statement of our commitment to continuously improve our ways of working and thinking.”

Congratulations and well done to everyone involved!
