Celebrating 4 finalists at the Highway Champions Awards
We’re delighted to celebrate the success of four colleagues who have been shortlisted in the Highways Champions Awards 2026.
In the Process Change category, Cassie Farrar and our Customer team have been shortlisted for championing a data-led, customer-focused approach alongside our operational team. Together, they have helped transform how works are planned and delivered across the M25, reducing disruption and improving the customer experience.
Kate Sillcock and Keith Hughes have been shortlisted for the Highway Champion Medal following their compassionate and professional response to a critical incident on the network, demonstrating exceptional commitment to public safety and care for others.
Lacey Nash has also been recognised in the Highway Champion Medal category for establishing the CPS Carers Support Group, creating an invaluable and supportive community for colleagues with caring responsibilities.
To be finalists at these awards is a fantastic achievement and reflects the dedication and positive impact our teams make every day. Congratulations, and best of luck at the awards event which is being held on 4th November.
